| BENJAMIN F. ALLEN Dr. Allen is a graduate of
the University of California with a B.A. in Chemistry and Zoology. He earned his M.D.
degree from Tufts University Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. His postgraduate
training included internship and residency in general surgery at Harvard and orthopaedic
surgery at the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Program in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Allen is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and
is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is also a member of the
Virginia Orthopaedic Society. At Culpeper Memorial Hospital, Dr. Allen has served as Chief
of Surgery and as President of the Medical Staff.
Because of his work with Vietnam Veterans, amputees and other
physically handicapped persons, Dr. Allen was one of the founders of Disabled Sports USA
and has served on its National Board of Directors since 1990.
Dr. Allen is a certified ski instructor, a tournament bridge player and
an avid golfer. He also enjoys hunting and fishing. His artist wife, Mary, is the former
president of the Windmore Foundation for the Arts and a community arts advocate. They have
three children, Amanda, Ben and Daphne.

ROBERT RUTKOWSKI Dr. Rutkowski is a Cum Laude
graduate of Williams College with a B.A. in Chemistry. While at Williams, he lettered in
football, lacrosse and wrestling. He was captain of the football team and was selected to
the ALL-ECAC and all New England teams his junior and senior years.
He earned his M.D. degree in 1976 at the SUNY at Buffalo. At the
University of Buffalo, he was a member of the James Gibson Anatomical Honor Society. His
post-graduate training included internship, residency and post-graduate research
fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a fellow of the American Academy of
Orthopaedic Surgeons and belongs to the Orthopaedic Over-seas and the Virginia Orthopaedic
Society. He has been named to Who's Who and he is a regular volunteer at the Culpeper Free
Clinic. He has served two terms as President of the Medical Staff at Culpeper Memorial
Hospital. He has also served as Vice-President of the Board of Trustees of Culpeper
Memorial Hospital.
In addition to his orthopaedic practice, Dr. Rutkowski is an avid
runner and is involved with youth athletic programs including soccer and wrestling.
Dr. Rutkowski and his wife, Leanne, have four children: Evan, Morgan,
Meryl and Emmett. Leanne is an active volunteer in community organizations. She has served
as a Vice-Chairperson of the Yowell Meadow Park Authority and St. Luke's School Board. |

Craig A. Reigel, M.D.
Dr. Reigel is a graduate of Gettysburg College with a B. A. degree in Biology. He earned his Masters degree in Physiology
from Temple University.
He graduated Cum Laude from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. His honors include the Alma Morani prize for excellence
in Internal Medicine and the Donald Cooper award for excellence in General Surgery. He was elected to the Alpha Omega honor
society.
Dr. Reigel completed his Orthopedic Residency training at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburg. He then completed
subspecialty training in Sports Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Dr. Reigel joined CORE Orthopedics,
a private practice, in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. During his fellowship and while in private practice, Dr. Reigel worked
with several high school, collegiate, and professional sports team - the Philadelphia Phillies, Flyers, Eagles, and Wings.
Dr. Reigel is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Reigel enjoys painting and many sports, especially tennis and biking. His wife, Lynne, is and avid tennis player. They
have three children, Courtney, Tyler, and Eric.
